I had a wonderful experience at my consultation. Dr. Kamal is a genius with creating beautiful smiles. The entire staff made my experience very comfortable and fun. Becky walked me through each step and took her time explaining my treatment plan and what to expect. The beautiful, friendly faces around the office made my consult that much better. Just got my consult for Invisalign with Surprise Orthodontics and excited to get my aligners in a few weeks!! The staff has been absolutely amazing! I made 3 appointments with different orthodontists and in the end choose Surprise Orthodontics #1 because their price and payment options were the best, #2 because their staff was so personable, knowledgeable and took their time with me and #3 their facility was clean & well maintained. I am SO extremely thankful for this wonderful office! My son Jaymes and myself have both been patients here and Dr. Kamal and his staff are wonderful! I completed my Invisalign recently and am super thankful that Dr. Kamal is such a perfectionist and monitored my progress so perfectly because I ended with incredible results! 🙂 My son Jaymes is in his first phase of ortho treatment at 9 years old and I have already seen so many positive changes! I always feared the financial aspect of braces for my kids but not only is our plan very affordable the staff are always just a phone call or text away and the response time is amazingly fast! I love love love this staffing and it’s awesome to hear my daughter excited to go to her next appointment! We love them all from the girls in the front to the girls in the back and right up to the Dr himself they do a great job we feel like we’re visiting family it’s that nice in the office! We couldn’t be happier here they’re truly all great u can’t go wrong! We love to brag about them and will continue to do so for years to come!

My first experience with Surprise Orthodontics was amazing. I’ve worn a retainer at night for the past 15 years to keep my teeth from shifting and felt that it was time to get a new one. When I called Surprise Orthodontics, they were able to get me in within a week.

I arrived 30 minutes early and the check-in process was extremely easy. They took my temperature and had me fill out a COVID-19 waiver, but that was it. No unnecessary and redundant forms.

After waiting just a couple minutes, they brought me back for my appointment (20 minutes early). To prepare for my new retainer, they took a digital scan of my teeth and gums. The entire process took about 30 minutes.

I went home and ordered my retainer from Retainer Club based on the scan done at Surprise Orthodontics and will come in again next week to make sure it fits perfectly.

Very impressed with the price ($50 for the scan and $100 for the retainer) and the service. Highly recommend.

I can’t possibly say enough about the experience we have had with Surprise Orthodontics and his excellent staff. Our daughter was very nervous about getting braces. She was definitely not thrilled about it or excited at the prospect.

Our first meeting just to discuss options and costs let us know right away that it was going to be a great experience. They were very friendly, thorough and provided detailed explanation of their decisions for her treatment plan.

We did meet with two other orthodontists and ended up coming back to Surprise Orthodontics because it felt so comfortable. We asked them to match lower price that we were quoted and they did agree to match it.

The entire process from beginning to end has been excellent. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Appointments are kept on time and short. The offices provide plenty of things for kids to do while waiting.

The rewards program is excellent too. We have tried to refer everyone we know that is getting or looking at braces or ortho work for their children or themselves.

I never had braces as a child so I had no idea what to expect from the experience and just have to say, again, how pleasantly surprised I was at how smooth a process it is and continues to be.

I would recommend Surprise Orthodontics to anyone that ask without hesitation.

We got 5 separate opinions for our child for Orthodontic treatment and Surprise Orthodontics was our last and final one. Surprise Orthodontics is very knowledgeable and has a conservative approach that we appreciate. He is kind and thoughtful and spends time with patients to answer questions. He used an appliance to correct our child’s underbite that we had not seen before and were very happy with. The entire staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great rewards program where patients earn points that they redeem for gift cards, etc. Points are earned for good hygiene, referrals, essay contests and other things that add an element of fun to the process. We are amazed at the transformation of our child’s smile in a short time and are very happy. Thank you Surprise Orthodontics and your team! 😀

When I first was looking to get braces I was told that I would have to wear them for 2-3 years and have teeth pulled. I knew right them that wasn’t the orthodontist for me. Then I got referred to Surprise Orthodontics and I was in love. I only had to have them on for a year and a half and no teeth had to get pull. I have recently got my braces off this past August and I am 100% happy with the results. I love to smile and love getting compliments on how amazing my smile looks. I would recommend Surprise Orthodontics to anyone who asks. The staff is especially friendly and the doctor knows what he is doing. I have very pleased and grateful to all that have helped me get the smile that I always wanted.

Surprise Orthodontics is an awesome place to get braces! it is fun and and easy to get your braces. they have many different options such has Invisalign, clear brackets, and just regular braces. patients even get a rewards program. if patients do well and have good behavior on visits they get points. the points can be traded in for gift cards for itunes, target, barnes and noble, and many more!

My daughter was very self conscious about her teeth…and we all know how cruel kids can be. So we went to see an orthodontist for a consultation last summer. We weren’t really impressed, and they never even called to follow-up. My daughter wanted to go to Surprise Orthodontics for a consultation because a couple of her friends go there. What a difference! We just went in during Spring Break for the consult, and 3 days later my daughter got her braces! She had a few days left of Spring Break to get used to them so it worked out perfectly! Friendly staff. Convenient appointments. Great work. My daughter has been going here for about 15 months now. Her teeth are looking great. She is always greeted by a friendly staff member who takes great care of her. I love that making appointments is very convenient. Appointments are on time and usually quick. The office is comfortable for parents who are waiting. I did have a billing issue, but the Office Manager addressed it and was able to come to a fair resolution.
